Microsoft Billing Number to Fix Payment Method Problems
If the payment method is giving you trouble, there are a few things to check before you contact Support.Pay with a gift card. Sign in to Redeem your code or gift card with your Microsoft account, and enter the 25-digit code from the card. The entire value will be added to your Microsoft account. When you start to buy your stuff, on Confirm, select Change > Microsoft account.
Redeem a code. Sign in to Redeem your code or gift card with your Microsoft account, and enter the 25-digit code. You’ll be directed to the Download section of Microsoft Store to get your digital item.
